Our client are an industry leader and are currently looking to fill the role of Accounts Administrator to involve (although not exclusively) the following duties:-
To ensure all landlords are paid on time and in the correct manner
To ensure all contractors/suppliers are paid in the correct manner
To manage the office arrears chasing procedure and drive down arrears
To bank reconcile and produce monthly P+L reports (ideally you will have SAGE 50 2008 experience although this is not essential)
To administer the cash and banking of rent inc.
