Working for this manufacturing organisation in St Ives your main duties will include:
Credit control
Dealing with credit checks on new UK and overseas customers for sales depts
Producing lists of UK and Export customers debts
Dealing with all invoice queries and email copies of invoices to customers
Producing monthly statements
Assisting accounts manager with producing monthly EC VAT and EC commodity code reports
Checking all payments/invoices have been allocated
Posting receipts onto Opera
