Customer Relations Agent

Our client is a rapidly expanding Insurance company, who want to make buying insurance an easy, refreshing experience where everything was taken care of from start to finish. This is an online service that would look after each customer from their first quote right through to making a claim.

This division supports online customers in their request to obtain quotations and policies for various insurance products, champion the company brand through inbound, outbound calls and online communication and provide a top level service to all company Customers

Salary up to £18,000 – OTE £21,600

Based within the Milton Keynes Office

Working hours Mon – Fri (9am – 5:30pm & 9:30am – 6pm)
Standard working hours will be 37.5 hours weekly – covering various shifts, weekends and bank holidays.

The position would suit an experienced sales person; you will have a proven sales track record.

The role will include:
• Handling high volumes of calls and leads relating to new business leads, ensuring a smooth, compliant process is followed regarding payment of premiums and issue of documentation
• Performing to the sales, service and productivity targets required
• Responding to and following up sales and/or service enquiries using appropriate methods of communication
• Identifying customers needs to provide product information
• Effectively managing call backs and follow ups
• Ensuring workloads are completed and delivered by required deadlines and to the required quality standard working in line with FSA compliance and best practice
• Developing sound understanding of products, processes and procedures within the contact centre
• Support the business growth by taking on any additional responsibility necessary to meet the set objectives of the business

The successful candidate will require:
• Previous sales experience is required
• The ability to deal with customers over the telephone in a confident and professional manner
• High level of sales and service ability
• Proven successful background in a sales/contact centre environment
• Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative
• Ability to work in a team environment
