The Company:
As a preferred supplier to our Top 10 client, we have been asked to help find an experienced Audit Manager who has experience of pension audits and large corporate work.
The Role:
In this broad role you will be managing the audit team, developing staff, allocating existing work and participating in winning new business through developing proposals and presenting to prospective clients.
You will have a high degree of exposure and interaction with Partners and owner managers in this high-profile role.
From the way you manage the audit team on-site to your contact with clients, the focus will be on providing a very high standard of service.
An appealing factor with this role is that unlike some firms, you will be encouraged to strike a good work/life balance which may begin with the ability to work closer to home in Tunbridge Wells or Gatwick (to suit you).
The Candidate:
It is likely that the successful candidate will be a Manager within a Top 20 firm or large independent practice. Experience should be dominated (if not exclusively) by audit work with practical experience of large corporate clients and pensions.
